Considered one of the smartest people, Einstein also seems to be quite humble. This quote is by Albert Einstein and actually expresses what a lot of great people do. They have a passionate curiosity for their chosen field or career path.
To me, this quote is about loving what you do and striving to get better at it. I think everyone should spend 10,000 hours at one thing. 10,000 hours in an incredibly long time. It is how long they say it takes to master something. In 10 years of cycling I have probably spent 9,000 hours 'in the saddle'. The only thing that I probably have spent 10,000 hours doing is PowerPoint. Only a few years ago I started really trying to improve my skills. Having spent so much time, I can appreciate when someone has developed a skill or a knowledge about a subject. It is something that you can only understand if you have also devoted that much time to improving one specific thing.
