Bartering with Conditionals
In this lesson, we focus on negotiation and bartering. We will start with a negotiation game with Legos. Trainees will attempt to make Lego sculptures but they won't have the correct pieces. They must negotiate with other trainees to get the pieces they need to complete their sculptures. The second half of this lesson is based on the red paperclip story. A man, Kyle MacDonald, started with a red paperclip and ended up with a house through bartering and negotiation. Trainees will have an opportunity to try it too. Each trainee will receive a paperclip. They can make trades with the other instructors in the building. We will see who ends up with the best things.
