Crew Selection
In this lesson trainees will work in groups. In the warm up activity, trainees will guess which emoticons are the most popular on Twitter. Each group will choose a team of 5 crew member from a list provided. Each possible crew member has some weak and strong points. It is up to each group to decide how they will value each quality. We will take up the answers and discuss what we values. Then, we will read an article that discusses how NASA chooses a crew. Trainees will need to highlight the qualities that NASA looks for and why.
